Hmg Studios Booking policy

To ensure smooth operations and a professional experience for all clients, please review and acknowledge the following booking policies before scheduling your session.

1. Booking & Payment Requirements

  • All sessions must be booked and paid in full upfront before they are confirmed and placed on the studio calendar.

  • Sessions are not officially scheduled until payment is received.

  • Once a session is booked, the studio room is reserved exclusively for the client and removed from availability.

2. Engineer Payments

  • If you choose to book one of HMG Studios’ in-house engineers, the engineer fee is paid separately.

  • Engineer fees are not required upfront and must be paid in person before the session begins on the day of your booking.

3. Rescheduling & Changes

  • Each series of bookings may be rescheduled up to two (2) times with no penalty.

  • On the third reschedule request within the same booking series, the session becomes non-refundable.

  • After the third reschedule, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or changes.

  • This policy exists because studio time is blocked off and unavailable to other clients once booked.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the rescheduling terms above.

  • Once a booking becomes non-refundable, all payments are final, regardless of attendance or usage.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.

5. Smoking Policy & Fees

  • Smoking is not permitted unless a smoking-approved room is specifically booked.

  • A smoking fee applies and varies by room:

    • Fees range between $225–$250, depending on the room selected.

    • Smoking fees are subject to change based on room availability and cleaning requirements.

  • Failure to disclose smoking in advance may result in additional fees or denial of future bookings.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.

  • Session time begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival.

  • Any damages caused during a session may result in additional charges.

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking a session at HMG Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
