At HMG Studios, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with a professional,
seamless booking experience. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all, the following booking policies
apply to all independent clients:
1. Payment & Booking Confirmation
• Full payment for studio time is required at the time of booking.
• A session is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.
2. Rescheduling Policy
• First Reschedule: Clients may reschedule their session one time at no additional cost.
• Second Reschedule: A rescheduling fee of $150 will apply. This fee covers the inconvenience
caused, as once your session is reserved, that time slot cannot be booked by another client.
• Subsequent Reschedules: Any further rescheduling requests will continue to require the $150
rescheduling fee.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• HMG Studios does not issue cash refunds for canceled sessions.
• If a session is canceled, a credit will be applied to the client’s account for future use.
4. Recording Engineer Payment Policy
• If you are booking one of HMG Studios’ Recording Engineers, the payment for the engineer does
not have to be paid upfront.
• However, payment for the engineer is due on the date of your session, prior to the session
beginning.
• This payment is made directly to the engineer through their preferred payment method.
